Vsevolod Orlov was born in 1963.

Has higher medical education, specialization — the therapist.

In Public health services system he worked as the ambulance surgeon. He has the state certificates confirming specializations in the basic therapy, herbal medicine, hirudotherapy, homoeopathy. Has been studying and practicing "alternative medicine” for 17 years, including acupuncture and Tibetan medicine.

His first teacher of medicine is Bolbar-Bakshi. Doctor Orlov started to study and practice Tibetan medicine independently in 1995, afterwards he has taken courses on theoretical and practical training from well- known and skilled Sowa Rigpa doctors .

From 1999 reads lectures, gives courses (also travelling) on Tibetan medicine.
