Was born in 1969 in Irkutsk region.
From 1991 to 1998 lived near Tsugolsky dastan where he studied theory and practice of Tibetan Medicine, collecting medical herbs, making traditional medicines, practicing Tibetan Medicine therapies. Later he learned from Dr. Nida Chenagtsang, professor Komdjo Wangdu, Geshe Rinchen Tenzin.
From 2001 up till now has a private medical practice, makes traditional medicines, has his own pharmacy collection.
